Brendan is a Non-Executive Director of Epsilon Direct Lending and member of the Audit and Compliance Committees.

Brendan is currently a director of Inception Asset Management, Invert Robotics Limited and Unifii Pty Ltd.  He has over 30 years of global experience in investment management, professional services and technology as a serial entrepreneur, executive director and investor.

Brendan co-founded the Select Asset Management Limited group in 2002. Select Fund Services provided responsible entity and trustee services to over 20 ASIC registered schemes with funds under administration of over $900 million and Select Investment Partners managed and advised on funds totalling over $700 million by the time of the Select group’s sale to the ASX listed OneVue Holdings Limited in August 2014. Brendan also co-founded Inventure (later becoming Fenics Limited), a technology business in the United Kingdom in 1995. Brendan has held a number of senior executive positions within the financial services industry including the Man Group PLC, after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young.

He holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Accounting degrees from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.
